Customer Ordering
Business Hours : 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
1. To order by phone during business hours, please call 2851-8880.
2. To email your order or request for information, please send an email to info@e-novation.com.
3. Special ordered items required 50% deposit and cannot be returned whatsoever except for defective protection.
4. We accept backorder on out-of-stock items. Re-supply time will be around 7-14 days, barring supplier shortage. We cannot provide precise delivery time until we receive the products in stock.
5. Products reserved for pick up will be held for 7 days only except special ordered item which cannot be canceled by customers.
Pricing
1. Prices and product availability subject to change without prior notice. Call for current pricing.
2. All specials and promotions limited by availability or stock on hand. Some promotion items maybe offered on cash sales only.
Payment
1. We accept cashier cheque, company cheque or cash for payment. Cheque on Delivery limit is HK$5,000 for company cheque. 50% clear-fund deposit is required for order over the Cheque on Delivery limit.
2. Most personal and company cheques received by mail will be cleared immediately. All cheques must have a phone number and contact person listed.
3. For delivery service required order, maximum of HK$1,000 cash will be taken by courier.
4. Corporate or Government Orders accepted only for pre-approved accounts.Official P.O. required for all credit sales.
Shipping
1. Delivery service : Next day delivery service available in Hong Kong and Kowloon. Only business address in New Territory accepted. No delivery service to outlying islands and residential addresses in New Territory. All in-stock items delivered the next business day (except Saturday).
2. For orders taken before 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday), all in-stock items will be delivered between 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. the next business day (Monday to Friday), except order over 5kg. Overweight order will be shipped within 48 hours.
3. Orders taken after 5:00 p.m. will be processed as next day's orders.
4. Standard shipping charge : HK$30 per order (up to 2kg). Shipment over weight limit may require additional cost. Also, some promotion items may have non-standard shipping charge. Please check with our Sales Advisors.
5. Special delivery charge for C&P (Cash & Pickup) products : HK$150 for within MTR route & Hong Kong Island, otherwise HK$250.
Warranty
1. We provide a 30 days limited warranty for software products and 1 year limited warranty for hardware products. We provide all warranty and related services to the customers within the warranty period.
2. Prior to returning any products, call our Hot line at 2851-8880 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for only 14 days and return without an RMA number will not be accepted. We do not provide pick-up service for returned products. Normal delivery charge will be applied if collection service is required.
3. Unopened products can be returned within 7 days from the invoice date except special order products. Products must be returned 100% complete in resalable condition and we retain the rights to limit the returned quantity. Shipping charge is not refundable and 15% restocking fee may apply to some products. All refund will be reimbursed in the same way as the original payment(i.e. cheque for cheque payment, cash for cash payment etc.) Opened products cannot be returned unless it is defective.
4. All DOA (Defective on Arrival) products must be returned within 14 days, in its original packing (including all manual, registration card and accessories) with a RMA#. Defective products will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. After 14 days, the manufacturer warranty applies.
5. System requirement information are provided by product manufacturers. We cannot guarantee software and hardware compatibility. We will only issue credit note for return due by incompatibility, no cash refund.
6. All product pictures in our Web site and catalog are for reference only. Actual product packages may be changed by manufacturers without notice.
